Tucked away in the heart of the medieval village of Lançon de Provence, le Moulin d’Honorine situated just 5 minutes from the town of Salon de Provence. Its origins date back to the 17th century and it was a working olive mill right up to the mid-20th century, used by the local olive growers. Today it is a private home, completely restored in keeping with its historic surroundings. The original high stone walls protect you from the outside world whilst relaxing in the shaded garden, swimming in the pool or preparing a light meal at the outside kitchen which is at your disposal (only in summer). All this just 30 minutes drive from the pittoresque historical towns of Aix en Provence, Marseille, Les Baux de Provence, Avignon and the Lubéron.
