Will we be charged extra? E.g taxes and services?
No, deposit, taxes and services is included in the price. Water and electricity is included. No extra or hidden charges. Bedlinens and towels might not be included, but can often be rented for 20 Euros per person.
Do you request a security deposit?
A reasonable security deposit, compatible with the amount of the rent and the quality of the accommodations, will be requested
What is the security deposit used for?
The security deposit is used to reimburse owners, if something a little more costly should become damaged or broken. All security deposits are fully refunded, either on departure or within 10 days via bank transfer, due to the agreement with the owner.
I am student, can I have discount?
Yes, we offer students with ISIC card 10% a discount on most of our accommodations.
I am senior, can I have discount?
No
I am single person and want to book apartment, can I have the apartment cheaper/half price?
No, You pay full price.
I want to cancel my booking, will the deposit be returned?
Yes, if you cancel your stay 14 days before arrival day we return your deposit minus 20 Euros

Can we rent an apartment/villa for a couple of days, say over the weekend?
During high season the minimum stay is 7 nights, Middle and low season is a good period for shorter stays!
When stay with B&B room, can I use the kitchen for cooking food etc?
No. But if you ask host you can use the water percolator for a cup of tea or heat your food in microwave oven. If you want to cook food we suggest you to book an apartment.
Do you clean the B&B accommodation and changes linen every day?
If you stay with B&B room we clean and changes linen on the 7th day, if you stay in apartment or villa you clean and changes linen by yourself.

What is included in the continental breakfast ?
Coffee/Tea with milk and sugar, Orange juice, Bread, Butter, Cheese, Marmalade
